Payment Information — when you purchase credits or subscriptions, payment is processed by third-party payment processors. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.
1.2 Information from Third-Party Authorizations
When you connect a third-party account (such as TikTok, Instagram, or other social platforms) via OAuth authorization, we receive only the data scopes you explicitly approve. This may include:

Permission to publish content on your behalf to your authorized account
Basic post-level analytics (views, likes, comments) for content you have published
We never access content, contacts, messages, or analytics from accounts other than the one you have explicitly authorized.

3. Third-Party Platform Integrations
3.1 TikTok
If you connect a TikTok account, we use the TikTok Login Kit and Content Posting API in accordance with the TikTok Developer Terms of Service. Specifically:
We only access data scopes you have explicitly authorized.
We use TikTok data only to enable the features you have requested (e.g., publishing your video to your account, displaying analytics for your posts).
We do not sell, lease, or transfer TikTok user data to any third party.
You may revoke TikTok authorization at any time through your TikTok account settings or by disconnecting the integration within AIYOUMOHE.
Upon revocation, we will delete the associated TikTok access tokens from our systems.
3.2 Other Platform Integrations
We follow the same principles for any other social or e-commerce platform integrations (Instagram, Amazon, TikTok Shop, TEMU, SHEIN, etc.): minimum scope, user-initiated actions only, and no unauthorized data sharing.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following limited circumstances:
Service Providers — with trusted third-party vendors (cloud hosting, payment processing, AI model providers, email delivery) who help us operate the Service, under confidentiality and data protection obligations.

5. AI Models and Generated Content
AIYOUMOHE uses third-party AI services (large language models, image generation models, video generation models) to process your inputs and produce content. When you submit prompts or upload materials for AI processing:
Inputs may be transmitted to AI providers solely for the purpose of generating your requested output.
We select AI providers that contractually commit to not using customer inputs for model training without consent.
Generated content (images, videos, scripts) is stored in your account and is accessible only by you and authorized team members.
6. Data Storage and Security
Data is stored on secured cloud infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit (TLS 1.2 or higher).
Passwords are hashed using industry-standard algorithms (Werkzeug PBKDF2 / bcrypt).
Access controls and audit logging are applied to all internal access to user data.

Account and content data is retained for as long as your account is active.
Third-party platform access tokens are retained only while your authorization is active and are deleted upon revocation or account deletion.

Some data may be retained for a limited period after deletion to comply with legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention obligations.
