Welcome to AIYOUMOHE (the "Service"), operated at https://aiyoumohe.com ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our AI-powered short-video creation platform.
By accessing, registering for, or using the Service, you ("you", "user") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age required for digital service consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.
If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
You must not be barred from receiving the Service under the laws of any applicable jurisdiction.
2. Account Registration and Security
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
3. Description of Service
AIYOUMOHE provides AI-powered tools for creating short-form video content, including but not limited to:
Product information and SKU management
AI-generated scripts and storyboards
AI-generated product images and digital avatars
Template-based video assembly with multiple aspect ratio support
Short-video replication and variant generation
Optional integrations with third-party platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Amazon, TikTok Shop, TEMU, SHEIN) for publishing and analytics
4. User Content and Ownership
4.1 Your Content
"User Content" means any text, images, audio, video, prompts, product information, and other materials you upload to or generate through the Service.
You retain all ownership rights to your User Content.
You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, transmit, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
You are solely responsible for the legality, accuracy, and appropriateness of your User Content.
4.2 AI-Generated Content
Content generated by AI models based on your inputs ("Generated Content") is provided to you for use within your account.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you may use Generated Content for commercial and non-commercial purposes.
Because AI models may produce similar outputs for similar inputs, we do not warrant that Generated Content is unique or that you will have exclusive rights to it.
You are solely responsible for verifying that Generated Content does not infringe on third-party rights before publishing or commercial use.
4.3 Content Representations
By uploading any User Content, you represent and warrant that:
You own or have the necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to use and authorize us to use the User Content.
The User Content does not infringe any third party's intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
The User Content complies with all applicable laws and these Terms.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right (including intellectual property, privacy, and publicity rights).
Generate, upload, or distribute content that is illegal, defamatory, fraudulent, harassing, threatening, hateful, obscene, sexually explicit, or that depicts violence.
Generate content that exploits, harms, or endangers minors.
Generate misleading deepfakes, impersonate real individuals without consent, or produce content intended to deceive (e.g., political misinformation, financial fraud).
Generate content that promotes self-harm, terrorism, illegal drugs, weapons, or other harmful activities.
Reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, or attempt to extract source code or training data from the Service.
Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without our express written permission.
Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.
Use the Service to develop competing AI products or services.
Violate the terms of any third-party platform integrated with the Service (including TikTok Community Guidelines and TikTok Developer Terms).
We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations and to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts at our sole discretion.
6. Third-Party Platform Integrations
The Service offers optional integrations with third-party platforms (including TikTok, Instagram, Amazon, TikTok Shop, TEMU, SHEIN).
You may only connect accounts that you own or are authorized to manage.
You agree to comply with the terms and policies of each connected platform, including the TikTok Community Guidelines.
Publishing actions to third-party platforms are initiated by you. You are responsible for the content you choose to publish.
We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or functioning of any third-party platform.
You may disconnect any integration at any time. Doing so will not affect content already published.
7. Credits, Subscriptions, and Payments
Certain features require credits or a paid subscription.
Pricing is displayed at the time of purchase and may change with prior notice.
Credits are non-refundable except where required by law.
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis until canceled.
You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
We reserve the right to refuse or revoke any purchase at our discretion (e.g., suspected fraud).
8. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, trademarks, logos, and documentation, is owned by AIYOUMOHE and protected by intellectual property laws.
You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
No rights are granted to you other than as expressly set out in these Terms.
"AIYOUMOHE" and our logos are our trademarks. You may not use them without our prior written consent.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to:
Merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation.
Accuracy, reliability, or appropriateness of any Generated Content.
AI-generated outputs are inherently probabilistic and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or biases. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all Generated Content before use.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.
Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD $100.
Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability; in those cases, the above limitations apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AIYOUMOHE, its officers, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

Your User Content or Generated Content
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any third-party right (including intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights)
Your violation of any law or regulation
12. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time through the account settings or by contacting us.
We may suspend or terminate your access immediately, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, or as otherwise required by law.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, indemnification, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) shall survive.
Following termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
13. Changes to the Service and Terms
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or via the Service. Continued use after the effective date of a revision constitutes acceptance.

Entire Agreement — these Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and AIYOUMOHE regarding the Service.
Severability — if any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
No Waiver — failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver.
Assignment — you may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms freely.
Force Majeure — we are not liable for failures or delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
